What is Spark?
The SPARK Program helps teams of young people run a campaign - a series of tactics with a clear goal that builds capacity and shifts public opinion on an issue. Your team gets a Campaign Coach that mentors you to support your strategy and navigate challenges. We help you start a new campaign, or strengthen an active one.
We don't just hand you money and walk away. We guide you through growing your base, developing your leadership, and directly engaging the people who can actually give you what you're demanding. In 6 months, your team practices organizing people into a popular campaign that redefine what's possible in Florida.

This is our process
Every campaign moves through three phases. Complete all the goals and your team graduates from SPARK.
Program Process
Phase 1
Prepare
Launch your SPARK team, create a campaign plan, and talk to 25 people about your campaign idea. 2 months.
Phase 2
Execute
Talk to 25 people about your campaign idea, have 5 1:1s with interested campaign members, and host an action. 2 months.
Phase 3
REFLECT
Tell your campaign story through media, debrief your campaign, and reflect on your learning goals. 2 months.
REAL IMPACT
1,000+ young leaders trained. 110+ campaigns run and won. From student walkouts and campus organizing to canvassing in communities across Florida, this is what happens when young people stop waiting for permission.
Red for Rights
Distributed “Know Your Rights” red cards across Orange County, helping immigrant communities understand and assert their constitutional rights during ICE encounters.
FIU Icebreakers
Organized FIU students against the university’s ICE agreement through sit-ins, peaceful disruptions, and student-led action.
Black Girls Govern
Equipped young Black women to fight natural hair discrimination and advocate for Florida’s CROWN Act at the State Capitol.
